This is an 8-lesson, text based course for those wanting to deepen their understanding of habits and how to change bad ones to better ones.
The course was previously published as “Create Your Way to Better Habits” and available on Daily OM.
It consists of 8 lessons and covers topics such as a how change happens, dealing with resistance and how to make an action plan.
Each of the 8 lessons should take approximately 1 hour to read and reflect on and there are activities to experiment with. The activities are the key to success – the more you practise the more you benefit.
International creativity developer Vivien hails from UK but is often to be found on the Mediterranean coast of Spain. Viv’s passion is helping people get the best out of themselves. She absolutely loves theatre, cinema, reading, yoga, travelling and music and adores being with friends.
